Terms of Service

Clients and individuals who purchase photos from HM Photography agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 

All photos are for personal use only (social media, printing) and may not be used for commercial purposes such as advertising, without the written consent from HM Photography (commercial use may be subject to a usage fee)

Photo may not be distributed or sold unless it is for personal (non-commercial) sharing- photo credit should be given to HM Photography when sharing photos.
HM Photography owns and copyrights all photos. 
Photos may not for any reason be used:

In connection with any illegal, pornographic, obscene, immoral or sensitive material.
To infringe on any trademark or trade names, violate any person’s right to privacy, defame any person, or used for illegal purposes.
In the event that a photo has been requested for commercial use by a third-party HM Photography will contact the individual in the photo.
